Product was easy to use| Pros: | Easy to use |
| Cons: | not sure about how to set up the help button....says there are stickers enclosed but did not see any. |

Clarity C1000
got this phone for my mom who is hard of hearing.| Pros: | nice loud ringer, can change tones for better hearing, easy to read big buttons.Mom likes it so far |
| Cons: | Back plate to mount on wall very cheap and flimsy, could not wall mount. Not sure if mom will remember to hit the volume boost button when she is having trouble hearing someone. |

The phone is for a 96 year old and she can work it with no prob| Pros: | everything |
| Cons: | I had to build up the phone so it would angle that she could see the programmed numbers |

Great for the Memory Impaired
My father has memory issues and difficulty dialing and completing a phone call. Now, all he has to do is push the button with our names.| Pros: | Large numbers. Easy to use. Loud ringer. |
