Adult Bariatric Diapers
Adult Bariatric diapers are made for plus-size men and women who suffer from incontinence. Obesity incontinence supplies typically have stretchy side panels make them comfortable by allowing for airflow and breathability, resulting in skin that stays drier and therefore healthier. They are available for waist sizes up to 106" in tab-top styles and 80" in pull up styles.

Adult Bariatric briefs handle the needs of plus-size adults who suffer from incontinence, with the additional convenience of being disposable. They are made to provide greater mobility and enhance self-esteem by fitting well and providing the absorbency needed. They have an extended rise and stretch side panels that provide fuller and higher coverage all around, helping to maintain dry, comfortable skin and resist over-heating. Many have wider, easy-fit tape tabs for better side-panel stability to cover a larger surface area. They can be repositioned numerous times for the best fit.

The extra weight carried around a person's middle puts undue stress and pressure on the muscles of the pelvic floor, causing them to become weak, leading to incontinence. Additionally, obese people develop skin folds or an apron of skin (called a pannus or panniculus) which can harbor excess moisture where bacteria flourish. Keeping this area as dry, odor free and healthy as possible is extremely important for plus sized individuals. Many of our bariatric incontinence products have "breathability", meaning there are microscopic holes in them to avoid heat build-up, but the construction allows them to remain leak-free.

Although bariatric incontinence products may state sizes such as XXL, 3XL, 4XL, etc. it is important to read the specifications listed on our website. Different brands will have different sizing, so not all XXL sizing is the same. As a rule of thumb, it is best to rely on the larger of either the waist or hip measurement. These sizes will be listed for each product. Also, be sure to note if the bariatric brief is identified as a tape on or pull up style, depending on your preference. There are more tape on styles available in bariatric sizes because tape-ons allow for a more tailored fit to the body.

Bariatric diapers are packaged in smaller quantities due to their size and bulk. As in most purchases, bulk purchases of bariatric diapers by the case are far more economical than purchasing by the package. Some of our most popular bariatric diaper brands include Select (by the makers of Tranquility), Tranquility, Wings, Prevail, and TENA. All of these bariatric incontinence products earn consistently high rankings from our customers and are far superior in construction, design, and fit than bariatric diapers offered at pharmacies or big-box stores.
