Alternating Pressure Relief Bubble Pad System
The Alternating Pressure Relief Bubble Pad System from Invacare Supply Group is a 2.5" thick Alternation Pressure Relief mattress and pump (included) specifically designed for therapy treatment and prevention of Stage l pressure sores. The control knob turns the unit on and off and adjusts the comfort range in 8 levels. Pressure range 50 - 105 mmHg, cycle time 8 min/60Hz, 9.6 min/50Hz. 120 V. Patented air compressor chamber with ultra-quiet operation. External Air Filter Intake, securing straps on the mattress.

Feeling good about the Mattresses
Re-writing to say I was very pleased with the response I got from thier Personal Shopping Assistant and she replaced my defective mattress within three days. All is well!!!| Pros: | How quiet the pump is while inflating the mattress and how it alternates back and forth.This will be a big help in my caregiving. |

A godsend!!
I purchased this to help alleviate some stage 2 pressure sores on my 86 year old mother's backside-- I was astonished that after just one night her entire complexion was aglow! Rosy cheeks, even! An amazing product that assisted in a major way in healing her entirely. In two weeks!! We'll never be without this incredibly helpful mattress pad.| Pros: | Easy to install, stable on the hospital bed in spite of varying positions. Simple to clean. |
| Cons: | Best when used with a plushly padded cotton (traditional)mattress pad as well: puts a barrier between the sweat potential of the vinyl. But, that's all I can think of, and that's no problem at all! |

I like it, but am not sure if I'm using it properly. Have questions.
I wish I could figure out what straps are supposed to keep the mattress in place/| Pros: | At least I don't feel like I'm falling out of bed like the memory foam was doing! |

Sleeping much better
My Mum had early signs of a bed sore. The alternating bubble pad has helped do away with that problem and she sleeps so much better. Very, very satisfied.
