Interim HealthCare

Interim HealthCare opened their first office providing home health care in Greenville in 1979. By 1990 their organization included a full range of services for patients served by six offices in Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg, Easley, Gaffney and Seneca. Interim HealthCare of Upstate SC is one of the only home care agencies in South Carolina to provide a full continuum of services at home. Personal Care provides non-medical supportive services; Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services and Hospice, provides compassionate end of life care. It is through the ability to provide continuity of care that Interim walks with many Upstate families for decades.
