Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have sixty (60) days from the date of purchase to return the product(s) as follows:
Before returning any product(s), you must first obtain an RMA number; no returns will be accepted without an RMA number. When calling to obtain an RMA, make sure to have the following information handy: customer name, order number, and reason for the return.
Note that you will be returning the product to the vendor and not to the Parentgiving office at 105 Grove Street. The RMA number should be clearly written on the return address label only. Do not write on the shipping box. Packages received without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to you.
30/60-Day Return Policy
For all returns you are responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs (does not include defective or erroneously shipped items).
Dependant on supplier, certain items are subject to a restocking fee when returned within 1-60 days from purchase. Please see the “Return Information for this Supplier” link on the product description page for the specific restocking fee for your return. After 60 days we are unable to accept products for return.
Exclusions (items that can’t be returned)
Special orders, sterile items (e.g. bandages, dressings), products that are made unsalable once opened (e.g. food, creams, lotions, washes, diapers, toilet appliances, bedding and other exceptions as noted in the product description, are not returnable.
How Do I Return Something?
All products must be returned in resalable condition, with their original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
If you paid for the purchase with a credit or debit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase less any shipping charges within fifteen (20) business days from the time Parentgiving receives the returned product(s).
Shipment of Returns
You will arrange for shipment of the product(s) on your own. In some cases for an additional fee, the supplier or Parentgiving can arrange for the product(s) to be picked up from your location or provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all returns, other than defective product(s) or erroneously shipped items, you are responsible for the delivery and return shipping costs.
We recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in the event that it is lost or damaged, and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery, since Parentgiving will not be responsible for any losses or damages during return shipping.
Defective and Erroneously Shipped Items
If you need to return a product that is defective or that was shipped in error, we apologize for your inconvenience. Please contact us within sixty (60) days of the purchase for an RMA number and we will reimburse you for both the original and return shipping costs. At your request, Parentgiving will arrange for the defective product(s) to be picked up from your location for return or provide a prepaid return shipping label at our cost.
Shortages
Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order at your location. You must count your item(s) upon arrival and document any shortages on your delivery receipt.
