Well, it’s been a few weeks since I gave my MIL a copy of the book, Brainpower Game Plan. I even bought her a timer to make it easier when she and her home aide did the exercises. She started out strong and enthusiastic, working several exercises everyday into her busy schedule (LOL). After 2 weeks she started to cool to the idea of continuing with the exercises, but repeatedly told me I should take the book and share it with my husband. So with the book and timer in hand I began to peruse it and I can confirm that it is indeed not only for oldsters but also for those of us who are boomers. Boosting memory power is something I can definitely use. My husband could stand a little help, as well. I’m going to start checking out the exercises, as soon as I remember where I put that darn timer!
