David Zoll, Co-founder — David is president of DZ Development Group LLC. David is former executive vice president, Market Strategy & Development, UBS Wealth Management US, and former Executive Vice President, National Sales, UBS Wealth Management US / Paine Webber. David also is the primary caregiver for his 80-year-old mother, Shirley. David and Shirley went through a process of injuries, hospitalizations and search for caregiving help before settling in back at home in Boston with home health aides.

Bob Silver, Co-founder — Bob is president of The Bravitas Group, Inc. Bob is former President and COO, UBS Financial Services, Inc., Director, iShares, Inc., Director, EPAM Systems, Inc. and Vice Chairman, YMCA of Greater New York City. Bob lost his mother, Sylvia, shortly before her 90th birthday, after almost 20 years fighting cancer. Bob and his sister Jackie have been the primary caregivers for both of their parents, Sylvia and Louis. After becoming educated about Assisted Living and other care options, Bob helped his parents find care workers to allow them to stay at home. Louis continues to live at home with help from Bob, Jackie and other caregivers.

Lynn Altman, Co-founder — Lynn is president of BrandNow, LLC and has worked on more than 400 new product and branding initiatives for 64 of the Global Brand 100. At age 17, Lynn watched and helped as her parents became the primary caregivers for her father's mother, Beatrice. Beatrice died from complications of diabetes two years after Lynn's parents first noticed physical and psychological deterioration. From this experience Lynn learned the importance of planning ahead for retirement and elder care.

Janet Handal, Chief Operating Officer — Janet founded three start-up companies and raised venture capital three times. Janet is the former Chair, President's Task Force on Information Technology at the White House.

Felix Rodriguez, Chief Technology Officer — Felix is a specialist in search engine technology and has placed 10,000+ sites in top search positions. The former CTO of Park Avenue Bank, Felix is a specialist in online shopping technology.

Ignacio Rodriguez, Chief Creative Officer — Ignacio has 17+ years of experience as a web & graphic designer. Igancio's clients have included JP Morgan Chase, The New York Times, American Express and Bear Stearns.

Debbie Hauss, Chief Content Editor — Debbie has 25+ years of experience as an editor, writer and editorial manager in a number of different industries including pharmaceutical, health & fitness, legal and retail technology. Debbie is the former Managing Editor of Retail Information Systems News.
